Hi I'm A newbie at Collecting ..I've been collecting for about 1 year now and well my collection is growing fast. I can't insert pics right now because I'm away and I forgot my flashdrive.  :-[ I'll post some soon... Anyways I found this site web surfing so I thought I should join so here I am

You collect anything game related?  That is a lot of things to collect! :)
How diverse do you go with games?  Like Consoles, PC, Handhelds, wrist watches, Plug-N-Play TV games?
Also, do you collect the things that go with games, like Guides, Magazines, Posters, action figures, etc?

I am a Collector/Gamer who plays mostly FPS's, pre-WinXP, on PC and Consoles, but also play other types of classic games on consoles, handhelds, and Plug-n-Play systems. From Pong to GTA series.  I enjoy them all. :)
Also I collect Shovelware/compilations/official add-ons for most PC FPS's. :)

Right Now I KNOW I have 309 games Exactly and I'm Really into platformer games ... My Favorite game of all time is probable Sonic 3 And I Collect consoles, the Old Gaming PCs like the TI 99 and I buy guides to games that I've played or have ever owned. And Right now I'm Subscribed to Nintendo Power and the Playstation Magazine ... If I see a Magazine with certain Topics like the Release of a Certain game I buy it.... I own a WHOLE BUNCH of video game posters ..My favorite out of the one I own is the Atari Advantage Poster (1983)
I own 1 action figure right now and thats Chaos from Primal rage ... I got it for christmas in 1999... Never opened it ... And now I'm glad I didn't. I also Collect the Many Accessories that do with consoles like Sega CD & 32x... As for Plug n' Play I have 3 right now... one is a Mortal Kombat  the other is Space invaders and the last one is Mrs. Pac-man.

That is a lot of games...  Platformers are the seeds to some of my favorite games like Duke Nukem 3D and Wolfenstein 3D.  :)  (I play mostly DOS FPS's)

Cool!  I still have my TRS80 MC10 and Color Computer, Vic 20's, Commodore 16 and 64's... but they are not set up at this time due to space constraints. :(  They are boxed and ready to go though.  :)

Me too!  Even though there weren't many games for Sega CD and 32, I try to have examples of all of them.  :)

I started buying them for the classics and ended up getting a LOT of these... some of the games on them are excellent for those who enjoyed arcade games. (Pirates of the Caribbean came to mind.)

Thanks for the poster image...  :)  I only collect posters of a few of my favorite games, but most of them came with the games I bought.  (Duke Nukem 3D, Heretic, HeXen, etc)
