hmm, i purchased this game from Ebs in Aus, which is essentially gamestop i believe,
Reason i got it from there is because that is the only place which was offering the Limited Collectors Edition with the "Action Figure"
I haven't played it its just sitting on the shelf at the moment, i will take this moment to say it is a very nice box, non glossy black gold inlay design on the front however it does show fingerprints easy.
anyway back to it.
There was no plastic seal on my copy, however it was still sealed with a sleeve that was "gluing" the box together, i had to remove the glued on sleeve (more of a rubber type glue) to open the box, and the glue will not stick back down again now, However no live code inside either, so i am unsure as to the deal here myself.
The article above does mention a memo, and the memo does state all "Regular" copies so i dont know if the collectors edition is exempt from this..
oh well, prob got ripped off again, good thing i buy most of my stuff online
