Yep... he mentioned having sealed copy(s) on the 3D Realms forums back when Fresch was teasing us with his.
Actually... I bid on it and he cancelled the auction and sold it to another forum member for $200, so he said.  I guess I don't blame him for that amount.  But a week or so ago, he posted on the GearBox forums that his Duke Nukem Forever DVD was his most prized Duke Nukem possession and used the same images he used in his auction.  I pointed it out, but got no response.
Maybe he had two of them?
